In order to begin construction on your dream home, you will need to read through and agree to the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCR) for the Primrose Pointe Phase II Lots. Requires An Approved Architectural Review Form
Each lot requires an Architectural Review and approval prior to beginning construction. In order to guarantee that each building complies with the CCR requirements, each owner is required to fill out our Architectural Review Form and submit the the form and required documents. Construction on a lot may not begin without the review and approval of the Architectural Review Committee this form being submitted and approved by the seller.
